At Cmarts, we strive to ensure that buyers and sellers have a safe and trusted business experience. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled on our platform.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products (customized, perishable, or clearance items) are not eligible for return.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued once the returned product is inspected and approved by the seller.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Replacements
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, sellers must provide a replacement at no extra cost.
- Buyers should report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must clearly state their return policy on their store page.
- Sellers are responsible for handling product returns and processing refunds in line with platform rules.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
- Buyers must provide proof (photos/videos) of any damaged or incorrect items.
- Buyers must ensure products are properly packed for return shipping.
